01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 3 card one platform at 3cardone.win, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 3 card one.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any other person to access your account.

Any activity carried out under your account credentials is treated as having been carried out by you, regardless of whether you actually authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact 3 card one support immediately so that your account can be secured.

3 card one will never ask for your password via email, chat or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from 3 card one and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 3 card one are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion.

07 Gaming Rules

All games available on the 3 card one platform — including Fish Games, Bingo, slots, table games and live casino — are subject to the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface. By participating in any game you agree to those rules.

The outcomes of all games are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live games, by the live dealer or real-world game outcome. 3 card one does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Return-to-player (RTP) rates for RNG games are displayed within the game information panel or on the game provider's published documentation.

08 Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section covers Cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic Pakistan fixtures — Football leagues, Esports and other markets as added from time to time. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on 3 card one:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change between the time you place a bet in your bet slip and the time you submit it; you will be notified of the change and given the option to accept or decline the new odds.
• Live in-play bets are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets. Live odds update in real time and bets are accepted at the odds current at the moment of confirmation.
• In the event that a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum required play has been completed, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific settlement rules for each sport are available in the sports betting rules section.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and are displayed on the bet slip.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets require all selections to win for the full payout to be awarded. Each leg of an accumulator is settled independently.
• 3 card one reserves the right to void, limit or refuse bets where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, suspected match manipulation or where odds were published in error.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3 card one platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, interact with games or perform account actions.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes in games or betting markets.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for operational reasons not related to a breach, any genuine available balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.
